Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love what you ordered — but if not, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Hair products — hygiene exemption

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions, weaves, braiding hair, crochet hair, ponytails and clip-ins cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty. Please check colour, length and texture carefully before opening.

Jewellery

Jewellery sets may be returned within 14 days provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund where that is not possible. If we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return postage.

How to start a return

Email us at info@janetcollection.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is at your cost and original delivery charges are refunded at the basic delivery rate of £4.99.
