This website is operated by Janet Collection. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms of service. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance — a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud; if payment has been taken we will refund it in full.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and how we handle your data by our Privacy Policy. Together they form part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Janet Collection or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses — our products are supplied for private use only.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
